From 2016 until 2021, Susan was the branch manager and associate broker for the Latter & Blum Garden District office in New Orleans. Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and a master’s degree in general counseling from Louisiana Tech in Ruston. After a lifelong career in education and mental health counseling, Susan decided to pursue a career in real estate. She is fascinated by the home-buying process and has always appreciated the unique qualities of New Orleans architecture.
At the onset of her real estate career in 2012, Susan found Latter & Blum to be a perfect match thanks to the company’s market share, professionalism, and superior training. While having relinquished her position as the managing broker, Susan actively strives to maintain integrity and positive energy while working once again with her clients.
